BLOODWORK: BINDING

Images from the printer of the book binding process. You can almost hear the click and clunk of these prodigious machines.
BLOODWORK: BINDING
Because of the complex nature of the book (multiple varnishes, gatefolds, oversize images, etc.) it requires the entire project be hand bound. Naturally this escalates the production costs, but to do less would necessitate downsizing the overall vision of the completed product. This project commands the extra effort. Which in turn, I feel, increases the intrinsic value of the book.
